The Offer

Direct link to offer

Open an AmeriCU Credit Union checking account and receive a $100 bonus when you complete the following requirements:

  • Set up a direct deposit
  • Online banking
  • eStatements
  • Make at least six (6) VISA® check/debit card transactions

The Fine Print

  • Requirements must be completed within 60 days of account opening
  • The bonus will be provided 61 days after account opening (or next business day in the case of a weekend or holiday)
  • All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them

Avoiding Fees

There is an account with no monthly fees, we’re not sure if they charge any early account termination fee or not. Given that there is no monthly fee, you’d be better off keeping the account open for at least six months.

Our Verdict

They offer the same $100 bonus, but without the $100 for you friend who refers you. If somebody can give us more information on this bank and bonus, please share it in the comments along with your name and I’m sure people will use your details if they sign up.

    • Hi Joel, do you know if it’s a hard or soft pull to open account? Any credit card funding allowed? What about meeting the direct deposit requirement? I’m sure answering these questions will help readers and they’ll be more likely to mention your name :).
